Vice President, Class of 2021
I am Taiwanese, born and raised in Beijing, but Boston has become my favorite city over the past few years! I have always loved food, whether that is trying new restaurants, binge-watching food shows, or cooking with my roommates (we host a dumpling party every year!) One of my favorite things is going grocery shopping and losing track of time walking down the spice and sauce aisles of grocery stores.
At BC, I am an Environmental Studies and Economics double major with a concentration in Food and Water Sustainability. I am extremely passionate about food justice and sustainability along our food system. I am currently writing a senior thesis on Measuring and Understanding Food Literacy at BC as a BC Dining Sustainability Intern and MCURC Fellow.
